The TruCric – Coniotomy/Tracheotomy Trainer from TruCorp helps you to improve and perfect your skills in coniotomy and tracheostomy. According to the current S1 guideline on airway management, there is a complication and failure rate of over 50% for emergency coniotomies performed by anaesthetists.
Palpable landmarks give you good feedback and allow easy identification of the sternal notch and clavicle bone so that you can realistically perform the different techniques. The consumables for the model are inexpensive and easy to replace. With subcutaneous adipose tissue (optionally available) for the neck area, you can also train more difficult applications.
